qualifier number + unit a measured amount

interval count

How many billing intervals make up one billing cycle — the multiplier on `billing_interval` ('every 2 weeks' = interval_count 2 on a weekly interval). A qualifier of `recurring_price` (cardinality one), a dimensionless repetition count (CountUnits, the abstract 'times' unit — NOT the each/pair/dozen of QuantityUnits, which counts physical items: 'every 3 months' counts intervals, not goods). Distinct from `phase_iterations` (how many cycles an intro price runs before reverting).

Interval count is a measured figure.

It is a qualifier of recurring price — it has meaning only inside a recurring price statement, one per statement, never on its own. It belongs with recurring price to subscription & financing — one facet of a product.

It is answered inside every recurring price statement, not as a standalone question on a kind.
