The SCOPE of the legal grant a digital delivery confers — single-device, multi-device, or seat-based. A qualifier of `delivery_method` (cardinality one per method). Orthogonal to `license_term` (the perpetual/subscription/trial axis): a product carries one of each (MS Office 2021 = perpetual + single-device; Adobe CC = subscription + multi-device), so the two are separate qualifiers, not one crammed slot.
