Whether a personalization field must be filled for the buyer to order — a token from PersonalizationRequirement (required / optional), riding the personalization-field statement as its qualifier. Cardinality one, and OPTIONAL: absent means optional by default. A property of the field DEFINITION (A17 grammar — the slot is required or not), never of the buyer's entered value.
