Crust colors
The crust-shade settings a bread maker offers, by how dark it browns the loaf's crust: light, medium, or dark. A token category recurring across bread makers (L11); growing (L13) — some models add an 'extra dark' or a 'rapid' shade. Distinct from heat_setting (how cooking heat is regulated overall — a bread maker is program-selected) and from a toaster's browning level (a toaster's WHOLE heat regulation, not a secondary preference layered on an automatic bake program).
