Hazard classes
The UN Globally-Harmonised-System / dangerous-goods hazard classifications a product carries — the region-neutral hazard TYPES that drive its GHS label and its shippability (flammable, corrosive, toxic, oxidiser, and so on). A governed, filterable set that grows on demand (L13): a hazard class earns a token when a real dangerous good states a classification not yet named. The international GHS/UN standard set, never a regional variant.
