Juicer types

How a juicer extracts juice: centrifugal (a fast-spinning grating disc flings juice through a mesh), masticating/slow (a single auger crushes and presses at low rpm, preserving more enzymes), triturating (twin interlocking gears press the pulp twice), or citrus (a ribbed cone reams the juice from halved citrus fruit). A token category recurring across juicers (L11), and the primary axis a buyer chooses on; growing (L13). The steam juicer is deliberately excluded — it is a heat-extraction vessel with no motor and no speed selection, so it is not a motor-driven food-preparation appliance and does not belong under this parent.

Answers the question: extraction method.
