The governed set of return-policy shapes a listing can state as its category — the single classification of whether and how a product may come back: returnable within a stated window, returnable with no time limit, returnable for exchange or store credit only, or no returns at all. The specific window length, the return method(s), and who bears the return cost ride as qualifiers on the one return-policy statement.
