Speed control modes
How a motor-driven food-preparation appliance lets the user select its working speed: a single fixed speed (one button — on/off), a set of discrete speed steps (e.g. a 3- or 5-speed selector), or a continuously variable speed (a dial sweeping the full range). A token category recurring across blenders, food processors, mixers and juicers (L11); growing (L13). Distinct from power_rating, which is the motor's input wattage, not how its speed is chosen.
