Strainer types

The role names of perforated/mesh draining VESSELS that share one slot-profile (a perforated/mesh vessel with a real nominal holding volume, keyed by mesh_grade + capacity + shape) and differ only by use and fineness: colander, sieve, flour sifter. A growing vocabulary (L13). Colander / Sieve are NOT classes — they add no exclusive slot over Strainer, so they are values here (the fold discipline). NOTE: small rim/hand strainers spec'd by diameter rather than litre volume (a tea strainer, a flat skimmer, an oil strainer) are deliberately NOT members — Strainer inherits capacity required_one from Container, which is dishonest for a vessel that holds no nominal volume (the b107 bread-box / b111 collapsible-fabric defer); they await a capacity-optional small-strainer home.
