The count-unit dimension for how many cascade tiers a chocolate fountain's molten chocolate falls over: the tier. A count is a numeral with this unit (e.g. 3 tiers, 4 tiers, 5 tiers), mirroring SlotCountUnits / TrayCountUnits / JarCountUnits.
