What an electrode's firing surface is made of — nickel, copper, platinum, iridium or silver. STATED PER ELECTRODE and cardinality-many, because a real plug commonly answers twice with two different metals: Denso's SK20HR11 is published with an iridium centre and a platinum ground; NGK's Laser Iridium range welds an iridium disc on one and a platinum disc on the other. This is the fact the trade's whole vocabulary of "copper plug", "platinum plug", "double platinum" and "iridium plug" is really about, and it is a VALUE here, not a class — an iridium plug is a spark plug that answers this differently, exactly as b154's engine oil turned out to be a service fluid that answers `fluid_duty` differently. It REUSES the spine's `MaterialTypes` rather than opening a parallel electrode-metal vocabulary [A11], and it is a property of its own rather than the spine's `material` because the spine's `material` is the BODY's material — a plug's own answer there is ceramic and steel — and the pool has already ruled on named parts in `diameter`'s definition: "kind-specific part diameters (a microwave's turntable_diameter, a slicer's blade_diameter) remain separate facts of a named part, not this general one." An electrode is a named part.
