HOW MUCH FLUID THE PUMP DELIVERS IN A GIVEN TIME, as a numeral with a flow unit and a REQUIRED `reference_pressure`. THE UNIT IS ITSELF THE RATE and that is deliberate [A14]: `u_litre_per_hour` carries the `per` inside it, which is the pool's own live shape for a rate - `u_rpm` is revolutions per minute and `PriceBasisUnits` names a per-unit price - and it keeps the value a legal `numeral_unit` rather than demanding a value-kind the metalanguage does not have. THIS FOUNDS `FlowUnits` AND DISCHARGES THE MACHINERY HALF OF b153's H1-f2, which recorded that the pool's thirty unit vocabularies contained nothing for volumetric flow and that a filter's rated flow (WIX 51521 `7-9 GPM`, WIX 33390 `34.068 l/min`) was therefore unsayable; the family exists from this batch and `Filter` may re-declare the slot when it is next opened. THE REFERENCE PRESSURE IS REQUIRED, AND THE PROOF IS ONE PUMP PUBLISHED TWICE: Walbro's GSS342 is advertised `255 LPH @ 40 PSI` and independently measured `261 LPH @ 43.5 PSI`, and its own operating range is `15-90 PSI` - the same pump moves far less at ninety than at forty, so a bare `255` ranks it against a bare `220` on a comparison neither maker made. Bosch puts the pressure in the FIELD NAME rather than the value - `Gasoline delivery rate at 5 bar and 22 C` and `Diesel delivery rate at 7 bar and 22 C` on one sheet - which is the same fact stated in the other place. It is `kinematic_viscosity`'s `reference_temperature` shape exactly, and the sheets show the temperature belongs here too, so `reference_temperature` is admitted as a second, optional qualifier at no cost. CARDINALITY MANY: one pump publishes a petrol flow and a diesel flow. Two limits are recorded rather than papered over - the figures are published as BOUNDS (`>300 l/h`), RANGES (`>220 to 270 l/h`) and TOLERANCES (`340 +/- 5 l/h`), all three shapes on one maker's sheets, which is the standing bounds obligation reaching a sixth trade; and the voltage the flow was measured at (`at 14 V`, `13.5 volts`) has no qualifier, which is filed as an obligation.
