HS tariff code
The Harmonized System tariff code that classifies the product for customs and duty (e.g. 6109.10 for cotton t-shirts, 8517.62 for telecoms equipment) — the duty driver. Its value is the code itself, a free literal anchor: HS is a governed EXTERNAL registry of thousands of codes, not enumerable as a pool vocabulary, so the code is a literal exactly as a trade_identifier's code is (the b75 precedent), not a categorical token. Cardinality one. Distinct from `trade_identifier`: an HS code CLASSIFIES a product for duty, it does not IDENTIFY the instance. The realised code is downstream data (L1). The dispatch-origin sibling (ships-from country) is per-fulfilment-node offer data, held downstream, not in the pool.
HS TARIFF CODE is a code unique to each product.
It belongs to fulfilment — one facet of a product.
