Power units
The dimension of electrical or mechanical power — the rate at which energy is delivered or consumed. Its members (watt, kilowatt) qualify any power numeral such as a product's rated input power or an oven's output power. A growing unit vocabulary (L13); membership, not value-completeness, is what the structural audit checks (L4).
