It is RE-DECLARED rather than inherited because `Pump` is deliberately NOT parented under `PoweredProduct`: a hand pump, a treadle pump, a gravity pump and a camshaft-driven diaphragm pump consume no supplied power at all, so the is-a would be false [A-9]. Optional there for exactly that reason. The b157 cross-branch re-declaration precedent, made with zero new machinery over the live `PowerUnits`.
