A pot cooker with a locking, gasketed lid that seals the crock to build and regulate steam pressure for fast cooking, paired with a broad menu of cooking programs (pressure cook, slow cook, rice, sauté, steam, yogurt, ...). Beyond any pot cooker it answers its operating pressure (the rated working steam pressure of the sealed vessel) and always offers a program menu (it shadows the inherited cooking_program to required-many). It is a true subclass of the pot-and-base cooker (it washes — cooks — exactly as a crock cooker and ADDS a sealed pressure capability). Distinct from a slow cooker (an OPEN crock at preset low/high heat — no seal, no pressure) and a rice cooker (an open crock that auto-senses completion) — both of those are PotCooker distinguished by a heat_setting value, not separate classes — and from a non-powered stovetop pressure cooker (unpowered cookware). A pressure cooker that ALSO ships a forced-air crisping lid (Ninja Foodi) is NOT fully captured here: its crisp basket adds a real basket_capacity / crisping-temperature slot a plain electric pressure cooker lacks, so it is deferred to its own future subclass (a crisping multicooker), not folded into this class by prose.
